Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Will Heal Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or downloadable link immediately after purchase.

If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

All digital sales are final.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

  • If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Will Heal Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We are happy to assist with claim documentation where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and determine appropriate next steps.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Will Heal Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
